Director, High Performance and Events Appointed

Fredericton – Hockey New Brunswick is pleased to announce the appointment of Brogan Bailey as the Director, High Performance and Events effective January 3rd, 2022.

Brogan comes to Hockey New Brunswick with extensive experience as a both a player and coach. He’s currently the Head Coach / Director of Hockey Operations with the South Shore Lumberjacks in the Maritime Hockey League. Prior to his current position he was the Head Coach of the South Shore Mustangs U18 Major team from 2018-2020, he was also the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with 902 Athletics from 2016-2020.

As a player, Brogan played for the Woodstock Slammers in the Maritime Hockey League for four years, serving as Team Captain in his final season. He went onto play five years of U Sports with Nipissing University, where he was a CIS Academic All-Canadian from 2011-2015.

His responsibilities with Hockey New Brunswick will include managing the High Performance Program, Regional Championships and support for the Elite Hockey Commission and various Development Committees.

Brogan’s strong leadership experience and work ethic will make him a welcome addition to the Hockey New Brunswick team.
