Selected as HNB Coach of the Month

Hockey New Brunswick is pleased to announce Andrew Clark as the HNB Coach of the Month for February. Andrew is the Head Coach of the Charlotte County Whalers Midget C team.

“Andrews knowledge of the game, his perseverance, and the respect earned from ALL of the players associated with this team is what I would attribute to Andrews success as a coach”, stated Denise Thompson, President of Charlotte County Minor Hockey.

“Andrew has a whole different perspective on coaching, and doesn’t see it the way others typically do. He teaches us it’s not about winning, it’s about playing your hardest and never giving up”, stated a member of the team.

“I have never witnessed a coach like this in all my years as a hockey mom. You can see just how much Andrew cares about each and every player and how he helps the team to celebrate the kid’s personal victories. Although we have yet to win a game this year you would swear the kids had won the Stanley Cup after one of the first-year players scored her first goal”, stated a team parent.
